Scotti Sentes, Central Michigan—Senior, Fort Myers, Fla. (Riverdale High School)
Central Michigan senior Scotti Sentes, ranked No. 2 in the country at 133 pounds by InterMat, went 2-0 at the Northeast Duals Saturday in Troy, N.Y. Sentes opened the day with a 7-1 decision over Bricker Dixon of No. 8 Cornell before defeating No. 17 Jamie Franco of Hofstra by decision, 8-2. The senior is off to a 3-0 start in his final campaign in the Maroon and Gold, showing the true form that allowed him to earn a pair of All-American honors before taking a redshirt season last year.

Vincent Pizzuto, Eastern Michigan—Freshman, North Jackson, Ohio (North Jackson High School)
Eastern Michigan freshman Vincent Pizzuto fought his way to a 3-0 showing at the Bison Quad Saturday, Nov. 24, to improve to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in regular-season matches. The redshirt freshman won one match by fall, one by major decision and another by decision to help the Eagles go 2-1 and improve to 2-3 on the year. His major-decision victory against Jordan Kingsley from No. 2-ranked Minnesota stood as Eastern Michigan’s lone win in that dual. Pizzuto then pinned Itasca’s Justin Valhuerdi at the 3:25 mark and then finished the day off with a 4-3 decision over Joshua Rodriguez from North Dakota State in Eastern Michigan’s thrilling 18-17 win over the No. 24-ranked Bison.
Mike Larson, Missouri—Senior, McKinleyville, Calif.
Missouri senior Mike Larson was 2-0 this past weekend in two dual meets versus South Dakota State and Stanford. He won both of his matches by major decision, 11-3 against Hunter Weddington of SDSU and 9-1 against Alan Yen of Stanford. He leads the team in wins with 11, and is only 20 wins away from 100 in his career. Larson is ranked No. 8 in the nation.
David Bonin, Northern Iowa—Senior, Broussard, La. (Comeaux High School)
Northern Iowa senior David Bonin dominated in his first dual meet of the season against Wisconsin. He won by major decision (15-6) over the Badgers' Kalvin York. Bonin currently is ranked second in Mid-American Conference at the 157 pounds. He opened his season by taking second Finn Grinaker Cobber Open in Moorhead, Minn. He has just one loss on the season (4-1). Bonin is one of UNI's four returning NCAA qualifiers from last year's tournament. He was second in his conference last year, the Western Wrestling Conference. He has been on the All-WWC Second Team three times in his wrestling career.
