•Kent State returns to Mid-American Conference action on Tuesday at 7 pm with a key East Division road contest at Miami.  The Golden Flashes have won their last seven conference games and are seeking their longest winning streak against league competition since the 2004 season. The current seven game winning streak in the MAC has vaulted Kent State into a tie for second place in the East Division and overall standings.  Coming off a three-game home stand that included an 80-73 loss to the College of Charleston in a BracketBuster contest on Saturday, the Golden Flashes also travel to Bowling Green this Saturday to wrap up the road portion of the MAC regular season schedule...Miami has lost two straight including a 68-61 loss in a BracketBuster game vs Tennessee State on Sunday.  Julian Mavunga, a 6’8” senior forward, is leads the MAC in both scoring (16.8 ppg) and rebounding (9.4 rpg).One of the hottest hands as of late for the RedHawks has been sophomore forward Jon Harris. He has gone 15-of-21 from 3-point range in the RedHawks’ last five games, a scorching 71.4 percent accuracy from long range. He also knocked down 67.6 percent of his field goals while averaging 12.6 ppg over the last five games.
