MAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week

Aleksandar Elezovic, Toledo- Senior, Belgrade, Serbia

Toledo senior Aleksandar Elezovic spearheaded a 3-0 week for the Rockets by going 5-1 in his singles and doubles matches. On Wednesday, Elezovic helped the Rockets to their fourth-straight 7-0 victory with a 6-2, 6-0 singles win at No. 1 and a 9-7 doubles decision at No. 2 to help sweep Dayton. He then helped make it five straight with another pair of wins at Youngstown State, winning 6-4, 6-3 in singles and teaming with regular partner Sven Burus for an 8-1 doubles decision. Finally, Elezovic picked up a 6-3, 7-5 win in the No. 1 singles slot at Duquesne to help lead Toledo to the 5-2 win, their sixth-straight overall.
