She tied eventual winner Michelle Hui and Georgina Hunt of Toledo for the best 36-hole score in the field, but fell in a three-way playoff for the individual medal. Weaver's top-five finished led the way for the Bobcats to finish second in the six-team field, their second top-five showing of the year.

Michelle Hui, Toledo, So, Mt. Eliza, Australia

Falcon Invitational

79-78 (157)

Sophomore Michelle Hui won a three-hole playoff to help Toledo post a seven-stroke victory at the 2009 Falcon Invitational. The Rockets had to battle windy and rainy conditions throughout the tournament but were still able to win their second consecutive tournament title and third of the 2008-09 campaign. Hui (79-78) finished 36 holes in a three-way tie with teammate Georgina Hunt (79-78) and Ohio’s Megan Weaver (76-81) at 13-over par 157. All three golfers bogeyed the first playoff hole, No. 10, before Hui and Weaver registered pars on No. 11. Hui then ended the drama with a par on No. 12.
