Eric Alejandro, Eastern Michigan, Senior, Pembroke Pines, Fla. /Flanagan
The Eagles recorded victories in both the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays, as well as the 400-hurdles and senior Eric Alejandro played a part in all three. First he teamed up with Ackeem Forde, Oliver Walther and Clint Allen to take the win in the 4x100 (41.53). He followed it up with a time of 52.19 in the 400-meter hurdles, an NCAA Regional qualifying time, his third consecutive mark this season. He then closed out the day, teaming up with Forde, Kevin Lanier and Nate Blackwell and posted a season-best mark of 3:12.97, edging out the Michigan Wolverines.Alejandro also recorded a second place finish in the 110-meter hurdles, running 14.53.

Ryan Jones, Akron, Senior, Shaker Heights, Ohio / Lakeland CC / Twinsburg
Jones won the high jump with a career-best clearance of 7-0.50 (2.15), improving on his NCAA Regional seed and ranking second on UA all-time list. Teammate Mike McCall placed second with a leap of 6-10.75 (2.10), which is both a season-best effort, fourth on UA all-time list and NCAA Regional qualifier. Mark was an NCAA regional mark, which is currently the tied for eighth in the nation.

Ezekiel Porter, Buffalo, So., Rochester, NY/East
Porter won both the men¹s 400m and 200m at the UB Invitational. His time of 47.79 in the 400m ranks among the top in the MAC, and his 200m time of 21.44 also marks a season¹s best. It was the second consecutive week for Porter to win two individual events. He won the 100- and 200-meter races at the Miami Invitational on April 12.

High Jump - 3rd - 6-8.75
George Fetchko, Buffalo, Sr., Warren, OH/Howland
Fetchko competed in three events at the UB Invitational and set new personal bests in each event. His shot put mark of 16.53m was the first collegiate finisher of the meet, and his hammer throw mark of 48.48m, and discus mark of 46.35m placed him in the top 4 in all events.
Kyle Holmes, Eastern Michigan, Junior, Detroit, Mich.-County Day
Junior Kyle Holmes had a solid day at the EMU Invite. First, he finished second in the long jump, with a mark of 22-10.00. He followed it up by a third place performance in the triple jump (46-10.25).
Kevin Dwyer, Miami, Junior, Arlington Heights, Ill./Hersey
NCAA Provisional Qualifying Mark 7240 points rank third on the Miami all-time performance list. This is the second time this season that Dwyer has hit the NCAA Provisional Qualifying Mark.
