Getting To Know: Women's Soccer Student-Athlete Features

Throughout the fall, will bring you our "Getting to Know" video features as we get to know student-althletes and coaches from around the conference. Today we get to know Western Michigan women's soccer student-athlete Stephanie Skowneski.

Skowneski has appeared in 20 games, starting in 20 this season. She scored the game winning goal in 3-2 win over Indiana State (8/20) and netted two goals and an assist to have a hand in every goal scored in 3-0 win at Ball State (9/24). She also netted the game-winning goal in 2-1 win over Northern Illinois, tying the WMU record for goals in a season with her ninth (10/28). Most recently, Skowneski netted a goal during penalty kicks to help WMU advance to the MAC Tournament Semifinals with a 4-2 PK decision over Eastern Michigan (10/31).
