MAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week
Eduardo Pavia, Ball State - Junior, Carolina, Puerto Rico
Junior Eduardo Pavia alongside teammate Dalton Albertin upset the No. 36 ranked Illinois two-some of Abe Souza and Marek Czerwinski Friday by a score of 8-6 at No. 1 doubles. Pavia went 1-1 for the weekend in singles action after defeating Butler's Ben Raynauld 6-7 (5). 6-4 (14-12) helping the Cardinals post a 6-1 win over the Bulldogs. Pavia owns an 11-2 overall record at No. 1 singles and has the same overall record at No. 1 doubles. The doubles win over No. 36 ranked Illinois doubles team marked Pavia and Albertin's third Big Ten conference victory of the season.

Knot Likitkumchorn, Toledo - Junior, Yala, Thailand
Junior Knot Likitkumchorn went 3-1 as Toledo wrapped up its non-conference schedule over the weekend. Likitkumchorn won both of his doubles matches playing at No. 2 with Leo Sarria and split his two singles matches. He defeated Bradley's Brock Reiman 6-1, 6-0 on Sunday at No. 3 while dropping a narrow 7-6 (9-7), 7-5 decision against Illinois State's Filip Miljevic, an All-MVC Select Team honoree in 2009.
Brad Noel, Western Michigan - Junior, Westlake, Ohio (Westlake High School)
Junior Brad Noel went 4-0 as the Broncos increased their current winning streak to three with a pair of shutouts. Noel was flawless against Chicago State by picking up a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 singles and then came back against Ferris State to win 8-5 with freshman Thomas Calderone at No. 3 and 6-1, 6-2 at No. 6 singles. Noel improved to 13-5 in dual match singles and 24-10 in all singles matches, while remaining a perfect 7-0 in dual match doubles.
