Lindsay Hamilton, Ohio
Senior, White City, Saskatchewan
Hamilton captured four first-place finishes on both the one- and three-meter boards in meets against Youngstown State and Denison last week. During which, she topped the NCAA Zone Cut three times (Diving's equivalent of swimming's B-cut). She also set a school record and recorded the best mark in the conference with a 329.56 on the 3-meter board against Denison, topping the next closest person by 90 points. Hamilton also recorded Zone qualifying marks on the 1-meter against both Youngstown State (293.69) and Denison (284.10). Overall, she had margins of victory of 90, 48, 45 and 26 points in the two meets.

Freshman, Centerville, Ohio (Centerville)
Swartz led the Eagles with three first place finishes against Oakland University this past Saturday, Jan 8. The freshman posted the top time of 2:06.94 in the 200 Butterfly to finish over two seconds ahead of the nearest competitor. In the 100 Fly, Swartz picked up her second victory of the day with her 57.80, first place performance and went on to add a third after taking first in the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 2:09.04.

Laura Lindsay, Toledo

Junior Laura Lindsay paced the Rockets at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, earning first-place finishes in both the 100 Breaststroke (1:02.74) and 200 Breaststroke (2:17.74). The wins continue Lindsay's undefeated mark in breaststroke competitions in which she has officially competed in 2010-11, and brings her win total to 32 in her last 34 official races. Her time in the 100 also was an NCAA "B" cut, her second consecutive in as many races.
