Dan Kish Named MAC Men's Swimmer of the Week

Dan Kish ? Eastern Michigan

Senior - Trenton, Mich.-Trenton

Helped EMU to a 2-0 weekend with wins over Wayne State and Ball State. Against Wayne State, won the 200 free (1:41.24) and 500 free (4:34.05) while helping the 400 medley relay to a runner-up finish (3:06.07). Against Ball State, he won the 1000 free (9:40.20), placed third in the 100 free (48.00) and helped the 400 free relay team to the fastest time of the afternoon (3:08.89). With EMU's win over Ball State, it marked the 52nd consecutive MAC dual meet for the Eagles.

Hembree recorded two second-place finishes versus Eastern Michigan, clocking a season-best 9:55.55 in the 1,000 Freestyle and 4:54.16 in the 500 Freestyle.

Andrew Tamchyna ? Buffalo

Junior - Newmarket, Ontario/Newmarket

Swam to a first place finish in the 100 freestyle in a season-best time, 47.99,  a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle (1:48.33) and was a member of the first place 200 freestyle relay (1:28.85), as Buffalo defeated Niagara, 125-105.
