Spartan Invitational -- 8K
Eichenberger led the way for Miami for the first time in his career at the Spartan Invitational Friday, as he placed 11th in a personal-best time of 25:04 out of 288 runners. He finished ahead of any Bowling Green and Central Michigan runners, who were the other MAC schools at the meet, while also beating several runners from 18th-ranked Michigan State. He improved his personal-best time by 32 seconds.

Spartan Invitational -- 6K

Patterson had a strong showing Friday at the Spartan Invitational, hosted by Michigan State, as she led Miami for the second time in 2010 and ran to a runner-up finish against her toughest competition of the season. The field consisted of 231 runners and included harriers from 21st-ranked Michigan State and 27th-ranked Michigan as well as MAC foes Bowling Green and Central Michigan. She finished in a personal-best 6K time of 20:54, which ranks her second in Miami 6K history, just eight ticks behind the school record. Patterson was also just eight seconds behind race winner Emily MacLeod of host MSU, who won the Great Lakes Regional race in 2009.

Buffalo Stampede -- 8k
Zips Andy Morgan set a course record last Saturday winning the Buffalo Stampede 8K with a time of 25:20. Beating out a field of 81, Morgan was the first of five Zips to cross the finish line to sweep the event.

Buffalo Stampede -- 5K
Zips senior Kim Lorentz won her second race in a row last Saturday taking home the top honor at the Buffalo Stampede with a time of 17:52. Beating out the second place finisher by 55 seconds, Lorentz dominated the 63-runner field.

Indiana Intercollegiates -- 5K
Senior Ali Bishel led the Cardinals to a sixth-place finish among 20 teams at the 2010 Indiana Intercollegiates with a third-place clocking of 17:42.10.

Spartan Invitational -- 8K
For the 16th time in a row over the last two-plus seasons, senior Chris Moody was Bowling Green's top finisher. This time, he completed the 8K at the Spartan Invitational in 0:25:55, placing 41st out of a field of over 200.

Spartan Invitational -- 6K
At the 2010 Spartan Invitational, sophomore Abby Koch ran one of the 20 best 6K races in BGSU history, completing the course in just 22:22. In the process, she set a personal record and placed 29th in the event.

UB Stampede Invitational - 8K
Bloom earned a top 10 finish, placing 10th among 81 runners at the UB Stampede Invitational. The Bulls finished third behind Akron and Kent State in the team standings.

UB Stampede Invitational -- 5K
Beim finished seventh among 63 collegiate runners at the UB Stampede Invitational. The Bulls placed third in the team standings behind Kent State and Akron.

Spartan Invitational -- 8K
Cory finished 29th in a field of 288 runners at the Spartan Invitational. He had a time of 25:39 in an 8K race. His pace was 5:10. Cory was the top finisher for CMU in the race.

Spartan Invitational -- 6K
Danielle was the top finisher at the Spartan Invitational for Central Michigan. She had a time of 22:25. Her pace was 6:01. She finished 33rd overall in a field of 231 runners.

George Dales Invitational -- 6,000-meters
Calka dominated at the George Dales Invitational this past Friday, Sept. 17, helping Eastern Michigan to a first place finish over Western Michigan University. Her first place time of 20:48.2 set the Pine View Golf Club 6k course record. Calka has also led the Eagles in every race this season, earning first place finishes in both the George Dales Invite and the Michigan Open (Sept.3, 17:42.0).

Heller led the way for Kent State on the men's side in the Buffalo Stampede, taking sixth place overall to help guide the Golden Flashes to a second-place finish as a team.

Buffalo Stampede -- 5K
Lizarribar took second place overall to lead a pack of five Kent State cross country runners that scored top-10 finishes as the Golden Flashes secured 29 points to win the Buffalo Stampede.

Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational -- 7,645 meters
Robinson finished sixth overall in a time of 24:05.37, but was the top attached runner to finish the meet. Robinson led an Ohio team effort that saw the Bobcats capture first with 27 points, just ahead of the host Hokies total of 30 points.

Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational -- 4,640 meters
Beecham won the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational with a time of 16:44.11. She and teammate Kari Summers were the top two attached finishers in the meet, which powered the Ohio squad to a first-place team finish with 24 points.
