At Akron's Campbell/Wright Invitational Won the 100m (11.81) and 200m (23.94). Did reach the NCAA Regional standard in the 200. Just missed the 100 NCAA Regional mark, but had the fifth-best time on the UA all-time performers list. First, in the 100, she won with a personal-record time of 11.81, just missing the NCAA Regional mark of 10.75 but standing fifth on the UA all-time performers list. In the 200, Jones would qualify for the NCAA Regional with a winning time of 23.94.

At Akron's Campbell/Wright Invitational, she won the hammer (221-1) and competed in the shot put (4th - one of six to post NCAA Regional mark) and discus (7th). For the second time this year, shattered her own UA and MAC record in the hammer with a throw of 221-1 (67.40). The throw was six feet better than her previous record (215-0) and is the second-best distance in the NCAA this season.

Took fourth in the 200m at the Len Paddock Invitational with a time of 25.06.
Beverly Elcock ? Eastern Michigan
Sophomore - Ft. Wayne, Ind.-Northrop
At the Len Paddock Invitational, Elcock ran the second-fastest time in the conference this season in the 800-meter run, dropping her NCAA qualifying mark to 2:09.53. She finished second behind All-American Nicole Edwards of Michigan, who ran unattached at the meet. Her time is a personal best.

Won the 400-meter hurdles for the first time this season with a time of 01:00.93 at the Campbell-Wright Open.

Finished second in the 1500 Invitational (4:30.01). She Ran a personal-best to finish second in the Invitaitonal race at the Billy Hayes Invitational... her time ranks fifth best in the MAC this year

At the Campbell/Wright Open (4 teams) Maskulinski, an All-East honoree last season, attained the regional qualifying height in the pole vault by posting a season-best height of 12-7.50 (3.85m). The height is currently tied for second-best in the MAC.
Allison Jakubowski ? Central Michigan

Won the javelin at the Len Paddock Invitational with a regional qualifying toss of 143-6, currently ranks second in the MAC in the event.
Jessica Novakowski ? Eastern Michigan
Junior - Wixom, Mich.-Walled Lake Western
Novakowski cleared a personal-best height of 12-07.50 in the pole vault at the Len Paddock Invitational, May 8-9, at the University of Michigan. Her mark not only was a career-best in the event, but ranks second in the conference, is an NCAA Regional qualifying mark and is the fourth highest attempt in school history. Hit an NCAA Regional Qualifying mark in a field of competitors that produced three other NCAA marks.
Brittni Borrero ? Kent State
Junior - Cumberland, Ohio/Buckeye Trail
At the Campbell-Wright Open, she competed in the discus throw - 55.52 meters, 1st; and Hammer throw - 46.16 meters, 11th. She surpassed NCAA regional qualifying mark. Won the discus for the fifth time this season and beat the NCAA qualifying standard for a seventh time.
Susan Plungis ? Ohio
Senior - Great Barrington, Mass./Monument Mountain
Ohio's Susan Plungis won both the 200 meters and the javelin throw at the Ohio Open on Saturday, May 9. The senior recorded Ohio's season-best mark in the javelin of 142-05, just one inch off the Regional qualifying standard.
