2007 MAC Women’s Tennis Championships
Toledo, Ohio ? No. 1 Western Michigan and No. 4 Bowling Green won quarterfinal matches Friday to advance to the semifinals of the 2007 MAC Women’s Tennis Championships. The Broncos, defending MAC Champions, will face the Falcons Saturday at 10 a.m. after beating No. 8 Northern Illinois 4-0. Tha Falcons topped No. 5 Miami 4-3.
In Friday’s late action, host school and No. 3 seed Toledo stopped No. 6 Eastern Michigan 4-2 and No. 2 Buffalo got past No. 7 Ball State 4-0.
Saturday’s semifinal contests are slated with Western Michigan vs. Bowling Green at 10 a.m. and Toledo against Buffalo at 2 p.m. Sunday’s championship match is at 1 p.m.
