MID-AMERICAN CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES WOMEN'S TENNIS ACADEMIC ALL-MAC TEAM

Cleveland, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced the 2010 Women's Tennis Academic All-MAC Team as voted by the league Faculty Athletic Representatives with nine student-athletes named.
Heading the list was Buffalo senior Denise Harijanto, a three-time Academic All-MAC selection. Joining Harijanto from the Bulls was junior Aleksandra Petrova. MAC regular season and tournament champion Miami had three honorees as sophomore Riekie Honiball and junior's Megan Martzolf and Cara Wald represent the Redhawks.
Bowling Green junior Christine Chiricosta and Western Michigan junior Amanda Moccia were named to the Academic All-MAC team for the second consecutive year. Joining Moccia from the Broncos was senior Emily Dudzik. Toledo senior Maha Guirguis represents the Rockets on the 2010 Academic All-MAC team.
Nominees must have a minimum 3.20 cumulative grade point average to be eligible for the team.
