Danielle Brown ? Western Michigan
Senior - Kalamazoo, Mich./Kalamazoo Central
At the Searay Relays, 100 hurdles - 13.72 - 6th; 400 hurdles - 58.38 - 1st; 4x100 Shuttle Hurdle - 57.29 - 2nd; 4x400 relay - 3:37.93 - 2nd. 100 hurdles time beat the regional qualifying standard and the 400 hurdles time improved her previous qualifying time and national ranking. With the addition of the 100 meter hurdles, Danielle Brown is now qualified for the 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles and as a part of the 4x400 meter relay team.

Junior - Lakeville, Mich./Otisville HS
Brown finished in fourth place in the heptathlon, finishing in the top five of five out of the seven events, for a career best 4703 points. She also set a season best in the high jump with a height of 5-7. In all she competed in 11 events on the weekend at the Searay Relays. She competed in Heptathlon - 4th ? 4703; High Jump - 6th - 5-7; Distance Medley Relay - 7th - 12:30.27; Shuttle Hurdles Relay - 2nd - 57.29; and 400m hurdles - 7th - 1:02.01.

Ran the MAC's best wind-legal (+2.3) 100 meters race (11.91) this season to date, while running her best time in the 200 (24.91) at the Northeast Ohio Quad (Akron, Ashland, Buffalo, Kent State and Youngstown State). She won the 100 and placed second in the 200.
Kara Butler - Bowling Green
Senior - Okemos, MI/Okemos
Kara Butler established a new personal-record in the 5,000 meters, finishing 15th at the Sun Angel Track Classic with a time of 17:28.24
Lataya Dixon ? Buffalo
Sophomore - Edison, NJ/J.P. Stevens
Dixon won two events to lead the Bulls to a tie for second place at the Northeast Ohio Invitational (5 teams, UB, KSU, Akron, Ashland, Youngstown State). Broke school record in 100 hurdles (14.04). The old mark was set by Melissa Ryan in 2000 in 14.07. She competed in the 100 hurdles 14.04 1st; and high jump 5-7 (1.70m) 1st.
Kelly McClure ? Central Michigan
Juior/Senior - Iron Mountain, Mich/Iron Mountain HS
At the Searay Relyas, Steeplechase, 10:48.92, 2nd for a regional qualifying mark. With this finish McClure reaches a new personal best in the steeplechase event.
Rachel Crafton ? Kent State
Junior ? Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard
Captured top finish in the women's 400 meter hurdles by clocking a 1:03.07 and helped guide the 4x400 relay team to a 3:54.52 finish, also good enough for first place at the Northeast Ohio Quad Track & Field Meet.
Katie Lenahan - Miami
Sophomore - Cincinnati, Ohio/Mother of MercyIn her first career race at the 1500-meter distance, she finished second, just 1.89 seconds off the lead at the Miami Invitational (Ball State, Dayton, Wright State) ... Her performance is the second-best on the team this year and ranks sixth on the MAC performance list.

Whitney Hartman finished second in the hammer throw at the 30th Sun Angel Track Classic with a mark of 188-01. That mark is the second-longest hammer throw in school history.
Kristy Woods ? Buffalo
Freshman - Mercer, PA/Grove City
Woods earned an NCAA East Regional qualifying distance in the shot put at 48-9 (14.86m) at the Northeast Ohio Invitational. 5 teams, UB, KSU, Akron, Ashland, Youngstown State. She competed in the shot put, 48-9 (14.86m) 4th; hammer, 154-3 (47.02m) 5th; and discus, 130-6 (39.78m), 7th. Woods added three feet to her top shot put throw of the season as the Bulls tied for second at the Northeast Ohio Invitational.

At the Searay Relays Javelin, 141-11. 5th. Jakubowski sets a new personal best with javelin throw of 141-11, previous best (139-4).
Brittni Borrero ? Kent State
Junior - Cumberland, Ohio/Buckeye Trail
Won women's discus with a career-best throw of 172"7', her third consecutive victory in the event. Toss was good enough to qualify for NCAA regional at the Northeast Ohio Quad Track & Field Meet.
Hope Alexander ? Miami

At the Miami Invitational (Ball State, Dayton, Wright State), competed in Triple Jump -- 1st (11.57m/37-11.50); Hammer Throw -- 3rd (47.49m/155-10); and Long Jump -- 8th (5.09m/16-08.50)
