MAC Wrestler of the Week
Scotti Sentes, Central Michigan University - Sophomore, Fort Myers, Fla. (Riverdale High School)
Scotti Sentes swept all four of his matches last week at the Northeast Duals in impressive fashion. Sentes pinned three of his opponents, including a first-period fall against No. 7-ranked Steve Bell of Maryland. Sentes began his day with an 8-0 major decision against American's Thomas Williams, then pinned Virginia's Matt Cubillos in the first period. He capped his day with a third-period fall against Bloomsburg's Jeremiah Biddle. Sentes is now 5-0 with four victories by fall this season. Sentes is transitioning to 133 pounds after earning All-America accolades at 125 as a true freshman last season.

Junior Bryan Deutsch posted a 4-0 record at the Hoosier Duals last Saturday, Nov. 28. Deutsch pinned Joseph Knox of UT-Chattanooga in 1:03 in the Huskies 19-16 victory over UT-Chattanooga. Deutsch then scored an 8-6 win over Ryan Konz of Indiana and earned a major decision victory over Liberty's Sam Walters, 11-0. He closed out the day with an 8-1 victory over Weston Blasius of South Dakota State in Northern Illinois 32-15 win over South Dakota State.
