Jacob Hanson, Eastern Michigan

Jacob Hanson led the Eagles this past weekend with two first place finishes en route to setting two different conference marks. In their dual-meet against Big Ten opponent Purdue, Hanson recorded the top time in the MAC with his 1:48.58, first place performance in the 200 backstroke. Hanson also recorded the top conference finish time on the season in the 200 Individual Medley, touching the wall in 1:52.49.
Chris Krupa, Ball State
Junior, Indianapolis, Ind. (Pike)
Chris Krupa helped guide the Cardinals to the 2010 IUPUI House of Champions Invitational title with three event wins in the two-day event . . . The first-place Cardinals out-distanced second-place Xavier by a score of 770 to 701.5 . . . Individually, Krupa took home the event title in the 200 individual medley with a first-place time of 1:56.26 . . . He also added a second-place finish in the 100 butterfly (51.19) and a third-place showing in the 200 breaststroke (2:12.74) . . . He also helped guide the 200 freestyle relay (1:26.46) and 200 medley relay (1:35.97) to first-place efforts, while also swimming on the second-place 400 freestyle relay (3:13.24).
Cory Zorsch, Buffalo

In UB's win over Niagara, Cory Zorsch won the 50-yard freestyle in 21.56 and claimed the 100-yard butterfly in 50.24. Zorsch also swam the third leg of UB's 200-yard medley relay team which finished second to UB's top squad in 1:38.57.
Daan Jansen, Missouri State
Sophomore, Polokwane, South Africa
In the meet against Truman State, Jansen won three events for the Bears and led off the 200-yard medley relay that also won first place. Jansen won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 53.05, 200-yard backstroke (sixth in the MAC) in 1:54.24 and the 200-yard individual medley (fifth in the MAC) in 1:58.36. His lead-off split on the 200-yard medley relay was 24.97.
