Hahn was the top finisher for No. 23/28 Kent State in a tournament that featured 10 of the nation's top 50 teams. The preseason all-american tied for 11th in the event after shooting a one-under 215 (73-69-73). During the week Hahn carded one eagle and 10 birdies to go along with 36 pars in the 54-hole event.

Steger finished second as an individual and led the Cardinals to the team championship at the 17-team Dayton Flyer Invitational at the National Cash Register Club in Kettering, Ohio. Steger's 72-71=143 led Ball State to a five stroke win over second-place Toledo and an eight-stroke victory over third-place Bowling Green. The second place showing by Steger marked his second straight runner-up finish. He also placed second at the Cincinnati Bearcat Invitational Oct. 12-13.

Preston's 5th place finish was his third top-five out of five season tournaments to date. It was his fourth top-15 finish; in fact, he hasn't placed lower than 21st all season. Preston finished just two shots out of the top three, as he led Bowling Green to third place. It was the Falcons third time placing in the top three of a tournament this year.

He was top finisher at Georgetown Intercollegiate for Miami at four over par. Had the top round for RedHawks in second round of rain shortened event shooting an even par 71. That score helped lead Miami to a fifth place finish after starting the day in seventh place.
