Warmbein posted his second-straight round at par or better in the final round of the UK Bluegrass Invitational to lead Ohio to a field-best 292 on Sunday. The performance moved the Bobcats from 10th place at the start of the day into a tie for fourth at the end of the tournament. Warmbein finished second in the individual standings, marking the best finish of his career, as well as his first top-five. His two rounds at par or better in Lexington gave him five for the season.

Rhodes tied for 25th at the prestigious ASU Thunderbird Invitational. The event included nine teams ranked in the nation's top 40, and Rhodes helped Ball State to defeat No. 36 Cal and No. 39 New Mexico. Ball State, which was the only MAC team to play in a tournament involving nationally ranked teams last week, placed 12th out of 17 teams and was only two strokes from a top-10 finish.

Schnedier carded a 54-hole score of 219 to finish third at the UK Bluegrass Invitational among the 90-player field. The junior opened with a 71-72 to have a share of the tournament lead and fired a 76 on the final day of competition.

Junior Marty Jeppesen (Saline, Mich.-Saline) carded a final score of 223 (74-73-76), good for a share of sixth place overall at the 40th Annual Robert Kepler Invitational hosted by The Ohio State University. He was the highest finishing student-athlete from the Mid-American Conference in the event, as EMU’s Christopher Ross tied for 11th and Kent State’s John Hahn tied for 14th place. The top 10 showing was Jeppesen's first of the season and the second of his career. His previous best finish was a tie for seventh place with a 72 hole total of 294 at the 2008 Mid-American Conference Championships, May 2-4, 2008, at Longaberger Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.

Hahn earned his sixth top 20 finish of the season as he tied for 14th at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate. Posting rounds of 77-72-76, the 2008 MAC Golfer of the Year finished with a 225 to lead the Golden Flashes into a fourth place finish.

Dick recorded his second Top 20 and third Top 30 finish of the spring at the adidas Hoosier Invitational in Bloomington, with a pair of one-over par 72s in the second and third round. In the final round, only seven golfers in the field shot better than Dick's 72.
