Moulton won the deciding match at 157 last Friday against Northern Illinois, 9-6, over Bryan Deutsch. EMU trailed, 16-15, headed into the last match until Moulton lifted the Eagles to their first victory against the Huskies since the 1996-97 season. Moulton is now 15-12 on the year.

Green controlled the entire match against Kent State's Jeremy Depoy. With the score 4-2 after one period, Green began to dominate with a near fall, two takedowns and escape for an 11-3 lead. Green would finish the match by adding on two takedowns as well as gaining a riding point for a 16-5 major decision. With Green’s victory, he continues to move up in the UB record books. Green is currently tied for 11th place in the category for most dual meet wins in a season (15) and is one win away from 15th place for most wins in a season (31). Green is perfect against Mid-American Conference opponents, posting a 4-0 record.

Tice stepped to the mat at 157 pounds and quickly ended any momentum Buffalo may have with an impressive 6-2 win. After a scoreless first period with John-Martin Cannon of UB, Tice was on offense and rode Cannon the entire period. He also took a 3-0 lead when he was able to tilt Cannon for three back points. In the final stanza, Ross added two escapes and clinched the riding point for a 6-2 win.

McLemore, one of five Huskies to win Friday against Eastern Michigan, earned a 10-2 major decision over David Pienaar. With the win, McLemore improved to 8-6 on the year.
Erik Schuth - Ohio

After winning two bouts against NC State and UNC over the weekend, sophomore Erik Schuth has now won five in a row and is 10-2 on the season. On Saturday, he defeated UNC's Daniel Llamas at 184 pounds to earn one of Ohio's three victories in a loss to the Tar Heels. Schuth followed that on Sunday with a pin of NC State's Joe Trotto in 4:40, while wrestling up a class at 197, in Ohio's defeat of the Wolfpack.
