Co-Gymnast of the Week

Kara Reighard,Central Michigan, Senior
Mount Pleasant, Mich.(Mount Pleasant)
Reighard led CMU to a win over Ball State winning three events plus the all-around title in the dual meet. She posted a season-high 39.450 score in the all-around. Reighard won the vault (9.825), bars (9.875) and floor (9.900). She also tied for first on the beam at 9.850

Kristina Campos, Northern Illinois, Senior
Gladstone, MO (Oak Park)
Campos won her third all-around title of the year on Senior Day with a season-best 38.900 that helped NIU to a season-best team point total of 93.250. Finished three events with a score of 9.700 or better including the beam where she placed second with a 9.825. Campos also posted a 9.800 on the floor exercise that was good enough for third place while adding 9.700 and 9.575 efforts on the bars and vault, respectively.

Specialist of the Week

Ashlee Williams, Northern Illinois, Junior
Liberty, MO (Senior)
Williams won NIU's lone event title against Kent State by putting up a season-best 9.875 on the uneven parallel bars.

Gymnast

Kristin DiPietro, Bowling Green
DiPietro finished second in the all-around with a score of 38.350 in the four-way meet with Michigan State, Pittsburgh and James Madison. She posted scores of 9.550 (vault), 9.575 (bars), 9.600 (beam) and floor (9.625).

Jolene Worley, Eastern Michigan
Worley lead the Eagles on Sunday at Rhode Island with a second place finish in the all-around with a score of 38.150. Worley finished first on the beam with a 9.525, second on the floor with a 9.600, third on the bars with a 9.600, and third on the vault with a 9.425.

Cherisse Marier, Western Michigan
Windsor, Ontario-St. Joseph's Catholic Marier scored a personal best in the all-round competition with a 38.900. She placed second in the all-around at UIC. Marier also had a career high on vault with a top score of 9.675. Marier had a 9.700 on bars, a 9.725 on beam and led the team on floor with a 9.800.

Specialist

Jessica Guyer, Bowling Green
Guyer finished in a tie for first on the floor exercise with a 9.825 and tied for second on the beam with a 9.750 in the four-way meet with Michigan State,Pittsburgh and James Madison. She also finished third on the vault with a score of 9.675.

Laura Holensworth, Eastern Michigan
Holensworth turned in another solid performance for EMU on Sunday with a second place finish on the vault with a 9.550. She also finished with a score of 9.275 on the bars.

Courtney Lesson, Western Michigan
Lesson placed first on vault against all competitors at UIC after scoring a 9.825. The high score of 9.825 tied her personal best.
