Cleveland - The Mid-American Conference announced its swimmer of the week today. The award went to Buffalo's Patrick Lee. Lee set the Buffalo record in the one-meter dive against Niagara, a record that had stood for 11 years.

Freshman- North Tonawanda, NY
Lee broke the school one-meter diving record with his 308.93 point
performance against Niagara. The old record of 305.55 was set by Brian
Baggett in 1991. Lee went on to sweep both diving competitions in UB's
128-95 victory over the Niagara Purple Eagles. On the three-meter board,
the freshman scored a six-dive total of 304.80 to easily outdistance his
competitors.
