NOTES
DEJA VU

The seedings in this year's MAC tournament are the exact same as they were in last year's tournament. The first two games will feature Miami vs. Central Michigan and Ohio vs. Louisville just like they did last year.

ONLY FITTING
It is only fitting that Kent and Ball State should end the decade with a share of the MAC title. These two teams have combined to win every regular season title in the nineties. Kent won the MAC in 1991 and 1992, while Ball State won seven titles in 1990 and 1993-98.

BALL STATE
Clinched a share of their seventh-straight MAC championship and their 16th overall ... seniors Kerri Schoultz and Jocelyn Teall are first and third in the country in assists respectively.

CENTRAL MICHIGAN
Won their first and last two confernce games of the season against Louisville and Miami ... Janel Spero had her first career shutout against Miami.

LOUISVILLE
Will play Ohio in the MAC tournament quarterfinals for the second year in a row ... finished the regular season with four more wins and ten more goals than last season.

KENT
Won a share of their first regular-season MAC Championship since 1992 ... finished the season with eight straight conference wins and 14 home wins dating to last season.

MIAMI
Senior Becky Warwick broke the career assists record at Miami with 25 assists including seven this season ... will play Central Michigan in their MAC quarterfinal game for the second year in a row.

OHIO
Seven conference wins for the Bobcats this season is the highest mark since 1981 when they went 8-1 in MAC play ... sophomore Lauren Mazziotto's career defensive saves record at Ohio stands at 29 after tallying 11 saves this year.
