Konopka was Ball State's top finisher last week, recording three individual first-place efforts at Ohio, while posting one individual top time vs. IUPUI. In the meet vs. the Jaguars, Konopka took home top billing in the 100 butterfly (53.47). In a tie with the Bobcats, Konopka collected the top prize in the 200 butterfly (1:56.10), the 200 backstroke (1:56.71) and the 200 IM (1:56.44).

Piercey won two individual events and was a member of the winning 400-yard medley relay to help Eastern Michigan to a weekend split with Ohio State and Buffalo. Against the Buckeyes, Piercey won the 500-yard freestyle with a 4:37.88 mark. The following day versus the Bulls, he won the 200-yard freestyle with a 1:43.09 time, and swam anchor on the first place 400-yard medley relay team.

Reutter won three events in Ohio's 147-147 tie with Ball State. He captured the 100-yard breaststroke with a personal best mark of 58.95 seconds, took first in the 200 breaststroke in 2:09.97, and swam the second leg of the victorious 200-yard Medley Relay.
