WOMEN'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Reedhina Parekh - Western Michigan

Reedhina Parekh defeated No. 22 Michigan's No. 3 singles player in the Broncos only match of the week. Parekh knocked off former All-Big Ten player Elizabeth Exon 2-6, 7-5, 1-0 (12-10) in the road match this week.

Novaceanu put together perfect 3-0 marks in singles and doubles play in UB's three matches in Florida during spring break. Playing third singles, she defeated Alba Passanisi of Hillsborough CC, 6-0, 6-1, Manhattan's Casey Conklin, 6-1, 6-0 and UCF's Kenza Belbacha, 6-3, 6-3. Paired with Tina Jacob to form UB's number two doubles team, she went 3-0, including an 8-0 win over Manhattan and an 8-1 victory over UCF.
