MEN'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Mohammed Al Nabhani - Toledo
Freshman - Muscat, Oman/Texas Tech University HS
Al Nabhani went 2-0 against Big Ten competition on the road this weekend. On Saturday, the freshman defeated 60th-ranked Indiana's Dara McLoughlin, a nationally-ranked player, at second singles 6-3, 7-6 (7-3). Al Nabhani followed that performance up with a win at second singles over Purdue's Scott Warner 6-4, 6-4. With the wins, Al Nabhani is 3-1 against Big Ten Players in the winter season, also picking up a win against Michigan State last Saturday. Dating back to the fall regionals, the freshman has beaten five players from Big Ten schools.

Brian Livingston - Northern Illinois
Freshman - Skokie, Ill./Niles North
Accounted for NIU's lone point in a 6-1 loss at the University of Iowa on Sunday. Livingston posted a 7-6, 7-6 victory at the No. 2 singles slot. Although Northern Illinois is 0-3 after visiting three Big Ten Conference foes, Livingston has posted a 2-1 record against the second-best on two Big Ten squads.
