The 16th Marathon MAC Football Championship game will take place Friday, Nov. 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Ford Field in Detroit. The game will be televised on ESPN2.  This marks the ninth time that the league’s title will be decided at the neutral site. The winners of their respective East Division and West Division will qualify for the game.

From 1997-2000, the league’s title game was held at Marshall Stadium in Huntington, W.Va. Beginning with the 2001 game, the site alternated between the West Division and East Division champion.  In 2004 the MAC championship game was moved to its current neutral site at Ford Field.
