The 2012 Women’s Soccer Championship Tournament will be hosted by the No. 1 seed on November 2nd, and 4th. Eight teams with the highest point accumulation will participate in the tournament regardless of division.
The top four seeds shall host quarterfinal matches on Sunday, October 28, with the semifinals and finals conducted the following Friday (Nov.2) /Sunday (Nov. 4) at the highest remaining seed following the quarterfinal round.
Last season, top-seed Toledo captured its league-record fourth Mid-American Conference Tournament championship with a 1-0 shutout victory over No. 3 seed Western Michigan on Sunday October 30th, 2011 at Scott Park.
