BUFFALO AT KENT STATE SATURDAY, OCT. 26 AT 3:30 PM ET BROADCAST LIVE ON TIME WARNER CABLE SPORTSCHANNEL
Cleveland, Ohio -- This Saturday, Oct. 26th will feature the third of four regular season football games broadcast as part of the Mid-American Conference regional television package on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel. The Buffalo Bulls (5-2, 3-0) will travel to Dix Stadium to face the Kent State Golden Flashes (2-6, 1-3) at 3:30 pm ET.
The Bulls enter the contest coming off a 32-3 win over UMass and are winners of five consecutive games. The victory featured senior running back Branden Oliver rushing for a season-high 216 yards as Oliver became the school’s all-time career leading rusher with 3,203 career rushing yards. Buffalo senior linebacker Khalil Mack added one sack, two tackles for a loss and an interception returned for a touchdown.
Kent State is coming off a 38-21 loss to South Alabama last Saturday. In the setback, senior Dri Archer scored a pair of touchdowns as he totaled 114 yards rushing and another 85 yards receiving. Archer scored on a 74-yard touchdown run and a 73-yard touchdown reception. He finished with 227 all-purpose yards and upped his career touchdown total to 35, tying him for fourth place among Kent State’s career leaders.
The MAC and Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will televise four conference games during the 2013 college football regular season.

In August of 2013, the MAC and Time Warner Cable Sports announced a new regional television agreement which makes Time Warner Cable SportsChannel the exclusive home of MAC sports in Ohio and western and central New York.

As part of the three-year partnership, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will televise an expanded number of live conference football games, men’s and women’s basketball games, including both conference basketball tournaments, ancillary programming opportunities and additional neutral site conference championship programming in the sports of volleyball, baseball, softball and men’s and women’s soccer.
MAC programming on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel this academic year will include live regular season football and men’s and women’s basketball games, live men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball tournament and championship games, preview shows, a signing day special, coaches shows, and other special event programming. Starting next season, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will produce weekly magazine, studio and long-form shows around MAC athletics.
