Men's Golfer of the Week

Peyton White, Ohio, Freshman

Tournament Name: Wolf Run Intercollegiate

Scores: 219 (75, 68,76)

Going up against strong competition – including 2013 NCAA Championship finalist Illinois and 2013 NCAA Championship participant Auburn – White posted his first career top-10 with a t-7th finish. His second round score of 68 marked the lowest round by an Ohio student-athlete in more than a year and helped the ‘Cats grab a fourth-place standing after 36 holes. It also was tied for the best score in round two amongst the field of 78. This season, White ranks t-4th in the MAC in scoring average (73.00).
