MAC Swimmers Compete For Chance At Olympic Glory

The Mid-American Conference will have nine swimmers at the USA Olympic Trials, which begin August 9. Overall, the conference has 23 current student-athletes at Olympic swimming trials around the world this year.

The USA Olympic swimming trials will take place at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis and will run through August 16. The trials will have more than 1,300 participants, with only the top two participants in each event qualifying for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
